Who we are

DotZero Technologies Private Limited ("DotZero", "we") is an AI automation consultancy based in Navi Mumbai, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and in the course of our services, and how we handle it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its Rules.

Data we collect on this website

• Contact form. Name, company, email, phone number and the message you send. Used only to respond to your request.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics that record page views and approximate location at country level. No personal identifiers are stored.
• Server logs. IP address and user agent, retained for up to 30 days for security.

Data we process for clients

When we build and run automations, we process documents and records on behalf of our clients, who remain the Data Fiduciary. We act as a Data Processor under a written data-processing agreement that specifies purpose, retention, security measures and sub-processors. Client data is hosted in Indian cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train models.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to hello@dotzero.in. We respond within the timelines set by the DPDP Rules. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention

Contact-form data is retained for 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted. Client data retention is governed by the applicable agreement.
