Questions

About this calendar.

Are these dates updated for extensions?
No. The page lists statutory due dates. When CBIC, CBDT or MCA notify an extension, the original date still stands here until we review it. Treat it as a planning calendar, not legal advice.
Which GSTR-3B date applies to me?
Monthly filers: the 20th. QRMP filers: the 22nd in Category X states (Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, MP, Chhattisgarh and the southern and western UTs) and the 24th elsewhere, after each quarter.
Why is the 14th on the calendar?
GSTR-2B is generated on the 14th from supplier filings and your IMS actions as of that date. Invoices you have not acted on are deemed accepted, so IMS review belongs before the 14th.
Can I get this in my calendar app?
Yes. Download the .ics file and import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Each due date becomes an all-day event with its description.
