Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP / eprocure.gov.in)
Central ministries, departments, attached offices, CPSEs and autonomous bodies publish goods, works and services tenders (and GeM bid/RA notices) on this NIC GePNIC-based portal run with the Procurement Policy Division, Department of Expenditure.
How to register
- 1Open eprocure.gov.in/cppp, select the eProcure portal for central organisations and click Online Bidder Enrollment (Click Here to Enroll).
- 2Fill company and contact-person details; MSEs and start-ups answer Yes to Preferential Bidder and pick their category.
- 3Verify the codes sent to your email and mobile, then set a password; the login ID is confirmed on screen and by email.
- 4Log in, open Signing Certificate, insert the DSC token, click Refresh and select the Class 3 signing certificate to map it.
- 5Re-confirm mobile and email on the dashboard; upload reusable scans (PAN, GST, registration) under My Documents.
- 6Before each bid read the NIT and corrigenda, fill the BOQ template as supplied and arrange EMD and tender fee as the tender states.
Things that catch bidders out
- Bids must be frozen; bids that are not frozen are treated as incomplete or invalid, and the deadline is judged by the server clock (IST) shown on the portal.
- A DSC once mapped to an account cannot be moved to another account, only inactivated; map the DSC well before the first submission.
- Only PDF, XLS, RAR, DWF (and JPG) files; no special characters such as & or commas in file names; scan at 75-100 dpi, and large uploads may need more Java heap memory.
- Do not alter the BOQ template beyond name and rates, and withdrawing a submitted bid bars you from re-participating in that tender.
- Check the Corrigendum section before freezing; offline EMD originals must reach the TIA by the closing time and match the uploaded scans or the bid is rejected.
Track CPPP without logging in every morning
Every new CPPP tender, scored against your profile.
We read each notice and corrigendum on CPPP and the other portals in your states, score it against your turnover, past work and certificates, and send the ones that fit to WhatsApp with the reasons.
Other portals

Verified against the portal's own help pages on 2026-10-22. Portals change rules without notice; the NIT always prevails. The FAQ category pages and the Site Compatibility page need a JavaScript session and could not be read, so exact supported browser and Java versions are unconfirmed; the enrolment steps follow the Bidder Enrollment SOP hosted by Startup India and the free-of-charge statement is NIC's standard bid instruction text as reproduced in central tender documents. Whether the portal now uses NICDSign instead of Java JNLP signing was not confirmed.
