Karnataka Public Procurement Portal (KPPP)
Karnataka government departments, urban local bodies, universities and PSUs publish works, goods and services tenders under the KTPP Act 1999 on a state-built platform (DXC-developed, formerly eproc.karnataka.gov.in) that is not NIC GePNIC-based.
How to register
- 1Open kppp.karnataka.gov.in (JavaScript required) and choose Supplier Registration / New Bidder in the tenderers section.
- 2Accept the terms and enter company details, PAN, GST, bank account and contact details (keep two active email IDs).
- 3Enter Class 3 DSC details and upload PAN, GST certificate, cancelled cheque and authorisation or POA documents.
- 4Review and submit; login credentials are sent by email after verification.
- 5Install the GoK eProcurement Digital Signing Chrome extension and map the DSC before bidding; payment issues go to the ICICI helpdesk.
Things that catch bidders out
- The portal is a JavaScript single-page app; nothing renders without JS and the legacy eproc.karnataka.gov.in site still exists alongside it.
- Digital signing uses a Chrome-only browser extension (GoK eProcurement Digital Signing, publisher eProcurement DXC, no Java), so Firefox and Safari are not an option.
- The portal lists a separate ICICI Bank e-procurement helpdesk (080-41296235 / 41296261 / 42250402, helpdeskeproc[at]icicibank[dot]com) for payment problems and refund.eproc[at]karnataka.gov.in for refunds.
- Bids can be modified or withdrawn only before closing; once the department decrypts bids after the deadline nothing can be pulled.
Track KPPP without logging in every morning
Every new KPPP tender, scored against your profile.
We read each notice and corrigendum on KPPP and the other portals in your states, score it against your turnover, past work and certificates, and send the ones that fit to WhatsApp with the reasons.
Other portals
Read how they compare: GeM vs CPPP vs state portals.
Verified against the portal's own help pages on 2026-10-22. Portals change rules without notice; the NIT always prevails. Only the contact details (read from the portal's own JavaScript bundle) and the Chrome signing extension could be verified from official sources. Registration fee (third-party guides cite Rs 500 for one year and Rs 100 renewal), the Class 3 DSC rule, two-factor login since 2 May 2025 and the 7 June 2024 move of supplier registration from eproc.karnataka.gov.in are reported by third-party guides only and remain unconfirmed; fees is therefore null.
